Returns & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive the items. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. We count the day you report your will to send the item(s) back on our Returns Portal, not the day we receive them at our depot, so you have plenty of time.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Intimate products (i.e. underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

To start the return/exchange process please go to and follow all steps on the page. If you want to exchange your item(s) simply write your instructions in additional notes.

When your return is approved you will receive instructions where to post the item(s)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within few working days (depending on original payment method).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please go to and input exchange instructions in additional notes.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.

Returns Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return or exchange your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We urge you to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as this is dependent on postal services.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
