Where can I find a size chart?

Every item in our online shop has a size chart together with product photos. In order to find it, simply go to a product you like and slide through all the photos.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

We aim to fulfil your orders within one working day of you placing the order. The orders are then shipped via Royal Mail, where you select the service you prefer.

 

If I have Pre-Ordered an item when should I expect it to arrive?

We are stocking items from various countries, therefore expected delivery times are different for each item. Please check the product's description for the correct information. Please be aware that these dates may change due to external circumstances, but we will notify you of any changes as soon as we know.

 

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship globally! Shipping prices are on our checkout page. Customs charges for international shipping are to be covered on the customer’s side. 

 

Who is handling my package if I ship abroad?

All orders abroad are shipped using Royal Mail services. Please be aware that once the parcel leaves the UK it will be in the care of your national postal service. The tracking number (should you choose service with this option) on your order confirmation email can be used on your national postal services tracking site for fully up to date information.

 

If I have placed my order, can I add something else to it?

Yes, you can add items to your order, provided you have not received a dispatch confirmation from us. If you wish to add anything to your order, please contact us via email and we will provide you a code to waive your second postage fee.

 

What is the Return Policy?

Our Returns Policy lasts 14 days from receipt of goods. If 14 days has passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are ordering a pre-ordered item(s) this will also be 14 days after receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged. Returns take up to 3 working days to be processed from date we receive your return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. For more information please see our full Return Policy.
